Switch between compression types

You can switch between compression types if your image was compressed within the last 30 days. 

Types of Compression

Conservative

Reduce the weight and not the quality
Every single bit of data that was originally in the file remains after file is compressed. Images will not loose any quality, they will be 100% same as original.
Expect up to 30% savings.

Balanced

Reduce the weight with some loss in quality.
Reduce a file by permanently eliminating certain information. You sacrifice a small amount of the image quality (usually not noticeable to the human eye) for very large compression.
Expect up to 70% savings.

Method #1:

1. Open the Crush.pics app and click Settings in the top right corner

2. Select your Compression type - Conservativeor Balanced and ensure you are in Individual Compression mode

3. You'll then need to revert your images to their original form - See this article to do that.

4. To compress all your photos in this way, click Back to Dashboard, then Batch Process in the top right, and then Compress # Images
