MyBulk Discount Creator uses Shopify's Discount API, which can be unstable, especially under heavy load. If your discount set gets stuck, MyBulk will automatically try to finish creating it over the next few hours. There is no need to contact MyBulk's support team immediately - just wait for the set to finish creating. If the set is unable to finish creating all the codes, it will show you how many codes were created and display an error message.
In this case, you'll need to create a new set of codes to complete the ones that were not created. If you want a credit for the failed set, contact MyBulk's support team at support@spacesquirrel.co and provide examples of the failed set, the discount set name, and your myshopify URL. This will help the support team expedite your request.
